		<description>Hi Barbara, thanks for your comment. The typical, Moroccan style, cuscus is not gluten free, but this one is GF! Brazilians call it CusCus too, but it is made with corn flour only, not with semolina. It is a recipe of how to prepare a gluten free Brazilian cuscus, not a recipe which has the semolina cuscus in its ingredients (if you check the ingredients list, all there is Olive oil, Onion, Garlic, Tomatoes, Parsley, Sugar, Salt, Peas,  Black olives, egg and cour flour). We did prepare it many times and its delicious.
